1. Personalize the Donor Experience with Ticketmaster + Blackbaud
With only 5% of total charitable giving directed toward arts, cultural and humanities organizations, it’s vital that development teams create a personalized, seamless donation experience for patrons to drive fundraising.
In his 2019 Arts Summit Product Keynote, Ticketmaster Chief Product Officer Justin Burleigh announced an integration with Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge NXT – the market-leading, cloud-based software that empowers organizations to drive impact for social good.
With this integration, development teams can access ticketing purchase data from Ticketmaster within the Raiser’s Edge NXT interface to gain a deeper understanding of patron engagement. This real-time ticketing data also enables staff to better understand a potential donor’s event attendance history, event preferences and upcoming event plans in order to personalize outreach.

2. Fundraise with Ticketmaster’s Season Ticket Portal
We also unveiled the new Account Manager Quick Donation Flow during this year’s Arts Summit. Available on desktop, tablet and mobile devices, the intuitive donation flow helps engage supporters, reach more donors and raise more money.
In three simple steps, organizations can now create a donation page, add in the campaign message, create a personalized thank you page and select payment methods.
The Account Manager Quick Donation Flow works in concert with the Marketing Experience to connect fundraising initiatives with the right subscription members. Features within the integration allow teams to reveal campaign messaging at timed intervals to targeted individuals and provide a direct link within marketing campaigns.

3. Engage New Patrons with Suggested Audiences for the Performing Arts
Also announced at this year’s Arts Summit is the availability of TM1 Marketing’s Suggested Audiences for the Performing Arts.
