From real-time collaboration tools to drawing custom floorplans, we’ve got you covered with TM1 Events! Events not only allows you to build your event in a matter of minutes but helps reduce errors and simplify staff training with its pre-configuring elements. Even more, you can leverage templates without starting from scratch every time.

When using an event template, there are three key features that help manage inventory and visualize revenue:

1. Seat Mapping & Scaling

If there’s one thing events always require, it’s pricing – from complex scaling to general admission. By saving your venue configurations and frequently used price levels into event templates, you’ll be able to hit the ground running for all future builds and events. And with just a few clicks, you’ll be able to immediately see the impact on your potential revenue when allocating values to your price levels!

2. Holds

Dressing the house with a variety of ‘hold types’ is another fundamental aspect of TM1 Event building. When you repeat the same intricate work for each event, it can cost you time. But with holds, you’re able to remain efficient and reduce the risk of errors by adding your production and promoter holds and kills to event templates. If a hold needs to be modified after creating the event, you can easily update on the fly!

3. Offers

Whether custom-created or built from our self-service templates, it’s easy to designate portions of your inventory to offers and presales. If you’re using the same offers time and time again, like house comps or member presales, you can streamline all future events you create by configuring them ahead of time in a template.
