The University of Cincinnati Athletics Department announced that it will partner with Ticketmaster as its official ticketing provider beginning July 1.
Ticketmaster’s fan-first platform will deliver an improved user experience on desktop and mobile, seamless ticket management tools and support the rollout of Lava.ai, the department’s new fan engagement platform.
We’re thrilled to finalize our partnership with Ticketmaster. After an extensive process to identify the right partner for Cincinnati at this pivotal moment in time, Ticketmaster brought us the right tools and programming to elevate our fan experience. We look forward to helping to educate our fans on the transition in the coming weeks and more information regarding the process will be released soon.”

Fans can access verified tickets on mobile devices, including through the official app powered by Ticketmaster, and stay up to date with important venue and event information on all ticketed athletic events, including football, men’s basketball, women’s basketball, baseball and volleyball.
Many Bearcat fans are already familiar with Ticketmaster, having used the platform for major Cincinnati events such as Bengals and Reds games.
Cincinnati is a passionate sports town, and Bearcats fans deserve a platform that keeps pace. Ticketmaster is proud to partner with the University of Cincinnati to deliver a modern ticketing experience that puts fans first. We’re working closely with UC to ensure a seamless transition, so Bearcats fans can easily manage tickets, stay connected and be ready for every game.”
