Saumil Mehta became the Global President of Ticketmaster in 2025, tasked with driving the company’s business evolution and shaping the future of the fan experience for live events. Drawing on his executive leadership in scaling trusted global technology and commerce, he is leveraging innovative solutions, including AI implementations, to create seamless connections between fans, artists, and the world’s best live entertainment.
Michael Wichser
Chief Operating Officer
Michael guides the company’s strategic vision and ensures alignment with critical operational objectives, overseeing areas including strategic initiatives and investments, finance, fan support, and human resources. He focuses on setting and delivering consistently high standards of excellence, positioning Ticketmaster to stay ahead in the competitive ticketing landscape.
Marla Ostroff
Managing Director, North America
As a 30 year Ticketmaster veteran, Marla has played a role in every major industry trend and milestone over the last three decades – hard tickets to computerized, outlets to internet, third party competition to self-ticketing, primary to secondary and many others. Marla and her team are dedicated to strengthening and supporting key business relationships with some of Ticketmaster’s largest clients and partners, while continuing to drive strategic new growth opportunities. Her passion for people development will also see her play a leading role in the development of the next generation of Ticketmaster leaders.
