In a world where live events are some of the most sought-after experiences, Ticketmaster and Tickets for Good have launched a new, technology-driven partnership that makes it easy for events in the U.S., UK and Canada to donate complimentary or heavily discounted tickets to teachers, healthcare providers, non-profit workers and individuals for whom these events might not otherwise be accessible. The new partnership expansion to the U.S. highlights Ticketmaster’s dedication to helping connect fans with the live entertainment experiences they love and creates an opportunity to convert those who would otherwise not have been able to attend your events into lifelong fans.

Tickets for Good has over 300,000 registered users and has provided over $25 million worth of tickets since 2021.

HOW IT WORKS:

  1. Fans who qualify (members) can sign up in the U.S., UK or Canada for free.
  2. Events donate discounted or complimentary* tickets.
  3. Members browse a list of events, request and access tickets.

We are thrilled to be expanding our partnership with Ticketmaster. This represents a significant step forward in our commitment of bringing low-cost tickets to those who contribute to our communities. By combining our passion to drive social impact with Ticketmaster’s technology and resources, we are poised to unlock new opportunities to share the joy of live experiences.”

DONATING TICKETS IS EASY

Your events can now be accessed by these audiences when you donate tickets via the existing Ticketmaster Partner API technology. To donate tickets, events can register with Tickets for Good in the U.S., the UK or Canada, provide information about your event, including the number of tickets to be offered and Tickets for Good takes care of the rest. They will launch your event online and promote it across their marketing channels. Tickets for Good members then book tickets for free* or at a substantial discount and attend your event. When your event is complete, a tailored feedback form can be sent to your attendees on your behalf, to collect feedback on their insights about their experience.

HELP FILL EMPTY SEATS

This partnership is helping to fill seats, and get shows closer to sold-out, while providing cultural experiences to some of the most deserving in our communities. The program also helps to maximize ancillary revenues in your venues that would not be seen from unused tickets.

Tickets for Good is currently working with Ticketmaster clients like Blue Man Group, the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta Vibe, Charlotte FC and Atlanta United in the U.S. and LIVE (Live music Industry Venues & Entertainment) in the UK to offer tickets through the partnership.

By launching this partnership to both the United Kingdom and the United States, we create a seamless and secure way for event organizers to do more good for the community. Our technology makes it easy for events to make their tickets available for a great cause.”
