Enhanced Scan Log Exports
Scan log exports now include four new fields — event code, channel name, source and offer — while also consolidating multi-event logs into a single file. These improvements simplify analysis and enhance event management efficiency.
Download Barcodes for Offline Scanning
A new update that allows event producers in Sport XR and Microflex markets to download non-SafeTix barcodes directly to scanners for offline validation — making it easier than ever to support events in non-traditional venues. Whether it’s a music festival in an open green space or a pop-up event in a remote location, unreliable Wi-Fi no longer needs to stand between the Artist and their fans.
