For its large subscriber base, the Orpheum Theatre relies on Account Manager, Ticketmaster’s digital hub for managing season tickets. Patrons can easily exchange seats, send tickets to friends or manage renewals. “It works really well for us,” says Sims. “Some of our older patrons take a little longer to adjust, but once they understand it, they love the convenience.”
