Jared Smith is President of Ticketmaster, overseeing the world’s leading live event technology platform and services. Ticketmaster is the chosen partner for thousands of customers across the globe and powers more than 500 million ticket transactions a year.
Previously, Jared was President of North America, and Chief Operating Officer. In these roles, he reinvented the company's approach to client, artist, and fan engagement and transformed its sales, product, and support organization.
Prior to joining Ticketmaster in 2003, Jared held roles in live event management, and sales and marketing. He holds a B.A. from The University of Iowa.
Chief Operating Officer
As the Chief Operating Officer of Ticketmaster, North America, a Division of Live Nation Entertainment, Amy Howe is working to modernize Ticketmaster’s technology and evolve the operating model to compete effectively in the rapidly changing live event landscape.
Amy joined Live Nation as Chief Strategy Officer in 2014 after 14 years with McKinsey & Company. While at McKinsey, Amy served Fortune 500 clients across the media & entertainment, retail, and consumer packaged goods sectors. Howe graduated with a MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS from Cornell University.
Chief Information Officer
Gui Karyo serves as the Chief Information Officer for Ticketmaster, North America, overseeing the technology and engineering efforts that power hundreds of millions of tickets to hundreds of thousands events and provide Ticketmaster clients with unparalleled data and analytics.
Prior to joining Ticketmaster, Gui served as the Executive Vice President of Operations & Strategy at Varsity Brands and as the Executive Vice President of Operations & Development for Atari, where he lead the pivot to mobile, developing a product portfolio plan that leveraged the company’s assets.
Gui holds a B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania, Moore School of Engineering.
Mark Yovich was appointed President Ticketmaster International in November 2011, overseeing their operations in 12 international markets.
Prior to this role, Mark was VP New Media - International Music, Live Nation. He worked on evolving the company's online offerings, building out the international version of Livenation.com into 18 markets.
Mark began his career in entertainment with SFX, leading the growth of the New Media division from London. Mark was responsible for growing the online portfolio and driving digital marketing efforts.
Mark studied Interactive Multimedia at Edith Cowan University, Australia.
