MEGHAN TRAINOR, NIKI AND PEACH TREE RASCALS SHOWCASE HOW TICKETMASTER IS SUPPORTING EVENT DISCOVERY AND TICKET BUYING ON SHAZAM, TIKTOK AND SNAPCHAT
Ticketmaster is helping fans discover tickets to live events by integrating with social, entertainment and music apps. Through a new collaboration with Shazam and existing partnerships with TikTok and Snapchat, Ticketmaster powers more event discovery by meeting fans where they are, making it easier than ever for artists to connect fans to their live events.

Ticketmaster’s integration with Shazam, available in all Ticketmaster markets, enables artists to link their Ticketmaster events directly in the app, so that fans can see where their new favorite artist is playing whenever they Shazam a new track. It’s the latest addition to Ticketmaster’s existing platform integrations – on Snapchat, fans can browse Ticketmaster’s complete catalog of upcoming events anywhere in the world by using Snap Map. And on TikTok, Certified Artists can easily share links to their Ticketmaster events so that fans can get tickets without leaving the app. All three help facilitate easier event discovery and ticket buying for both artists and fans.
To celebrate their platform expansion, Ticketmaster has tapped Trainor, NIKI and Peach Tree Rascals to show fans how easy it is to find Ticketmaster events using TikTok, Snap and Shazam in a new campaign called “Music Finds You.”

Ticketmaster was the first ticketing platform to partner on a product integration within TikTok in 2022, and was the only ticketing company to integrate with Snap Map’s Layers feature, which allows users to view events near them directly in the Snap Map. Ticketmaster’s Shazam integration is the newest tool for artists to connect with their fans – innovating the live event experience and bringing fan engagement offline and into the real world. This year, 42% of fans have reported that they didn’t attend a concert they wanted to, simply because they didn’t hear about it beforehand – now, Ticketmaster is giving artists the tools they need to ensure fans don’t miss out on their shows.
