Naming rights agreement for the new production facility brings together two innovative brands focused on digital and fan experience excellence
The NFL’s Atlanta Falcons cut the ribbon to officially open Ticketmaster Studios, a new multimillion-dollar production facility located in the Falcons’ Flowery Branch, GA headquarters. The state-of-the-art facility is a strategic investment the Falcons have made to deliver on the growing demand for engaging content. It also enables the team to capture and produce exclusive, all-access content for use across the broad technology in Mercedes-Benz Stadium to further enhance the gameday experience.
A Long-Standing Partnership Focused on Fan Innovation
The naming rights agreement to the production facility was announced by Ticketmaster and AMB Sports and Entertainment (AMBSE), the parent company of the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United and Mercedes-Benz Stadium, as part of a multi-year extension of their long-standing partnership.
“Ticketmaster was an obvious choice to be our partner in the new digital facility. There is no off-season in the sports and entertainment business. Falcons fans and partners are engaged with the team year-round, and this facility will now allow the Falcons to feed that desire of both audiences.”Tim Zulawski, Chief Revenue Officer, AMBSE
A Versatile Production Space
Located just steps away from the team’s training facility, Ticketmaster Studios allows easier access for players and team personnel to interact with Falcons media staff. Having access to this new facility will allow the Falcons to bring all facets of the game to the fans at a high level.
The main studio is a versatile space that will allow for traditional television studio analysis by Falcons’ insiders, cinematic storytelling for longer form digital features, touchscreens for game analysis, multiple broadcast cameras, flexibility for sit-down anchor interviews or a couch-setting for conversational interviews. The podcast studio will have space for remote multi-camera productions where podcasts and other productions in the studio spaces can happen simultaneously without interruption. A second studio space will be used for photo sessions and additional video production.
“AMB Sports and Entertainment are true innovators. Ticketmaster Studios is yet another example of their commitment to delivering on the wants and needs of fans. Ticketmaster also continually seeks to evolve the fan experience, whether that’s through pioneering new product to improve ticketing or supporting innovative partners like AMBSE to reach fans in new ways by creating rich content that enhances the gameday experience.”Clay Luter, Executive Vice President and Co-Head of Sports, Ticketmaster
A Dedication to Falcons’ Legend Jimmy Cribb
A special feature of Ticketmaster Studios is the Jimmy Cribb Media Room. This space will be the new home to all Falcons executive, coach and player press conferences and workspace for the beat media. The room is dedicated to Jimmy Cribb, who was the Falcons team photographer for 39 years and passed away in April 2022. Cribb shot over 750 games and photographed more than 1,000 different Falcons players and was beloved by players, coaches and staff. Cribb retired after the 2018 NFL season at age 74.
