To celebrate this expansion, Ticketmaster has teamed up with Meghan Trainor, NIKI, and Peach Tree Rascals to show fans how seamlessly they can discover live events through Shazam and Snapchat in the “Music Finds You” campaign.

This matters more than ever: 42% of fans say they missed a concert they wanted to attend simply because they didn’t hear about it in time. Ticketmaster is solving that problem by embedding event discovery directly into the platforms fans already use every day.
Global Integrations: From Music Discovery to Ticket Purchase
Ticketmaster’s integration with Shazam—available across all Ticketmaster markets—allows artists to link their upcoming concerts directly within the app. When fans identify a song, they can instantly see where that artist is performing and access tickets.
On Snapchat, fans can explore live events worldwide using Snap Map, where Ticketmaster powers a global view of upcoming concerts and experiences.
Together, these integrations create a seamless journey:
- Hear a song → Shazam it → find a concert
- Open Snap Map → see events nearby → buy tickets
This reduces friction between music discovery and ticket purchase—one of the biggest barriers in live event attendance.
