You can start capturing sign-ups in as little as 48 hours before your presale. Sign-Up should be announced at the same time as the tour to capture immediate fan excitement and give them a way to engage with your news.
1. Fans Sign Up & Select Show Preferences
Fans select up to three shows on your dedicated Sign-Up page. Since they sign in with their Ticketmaster credentials, we can authenticate the account.
2. Fans Get a Reminder
Before the presale, we send everyone a link to shop for tickets to the shows they signed up for.
3. Fans Shop for Tickets
Artist Sign-Up is completely integrated with Smart Queue, protecting your sale from disruptive traffic and prioritizing fans for access to tickets.
