Fans sign in & select up to three shows in one registration. Fans can edit their show selections after signing up.

2. Reminders Sent

We look at historical fan account activity (including past event attendance) across sign-ups to give you a better understanding of the quantity and quality of demand for your shows. With these insights, you can make informed tour decisions related to marketing, pricing, and other factors.

3. Shop for Tickets

Integrated with Smart Queue, fans gain access to sales designed to prioritize those most likely to attend while deprioritizing suspicious accounts.

Does Artist Sign-Up work in venues not ticketed by Ticketmaster? 

For venues not ticketed by Ticketmaster, unique presale codes can be issued, enabling fan access to the presale through the venue’s ticketing partner. However, tickets purchased outside of Ticketmaster provide limited visibility into registration quality.

Can I access all signup data? 

Fans can opt in to marketing communications from both the artist and the promoter. Artists receive this opt-in data to support ongoing fan engagement.

What is the difference between Artist Sign-Up and other third-party registration platforms?
