Game Day Operations
For the duration of the Super Bowl, Ticketmaster took a two-pronged approach to provide the NFL with the partnership they desired for the single biggest sporting event in the world. First, Ticketmaster staff supported NFL Ticket Operations on the grounds. And while these team members were hands-on helping, there was also a remote team stationed online, monitoring ingress across the stadium from behind the scenes.
