Compare Price Requests Within TM1 Events
Ticketmaster has introduced a new way to compare price requests, giving clients greater control over their ticket prices. When requesting or editing prices in TM1 Events, clients can now see:
- Changes – Highlights the requested price modifications.
- Current – Displays the existing prices before any changes.
- Difference – Shows the variation between current and requested prices.
These new tabs provide full visibility into pricing and make it easier to manage ticket pricing with confidence.

Delete Any Change Request
Need to adjust or retract a request? TM1 Events now allows users to delete or cancel a pricing, price level or inventory request — provided it has not yet been approved or rejected. This added flexibility helps ensure that adjustments align with real-time needs and minimizes administrative burdens.

Introducing Fans Expected for More Accurate Event Attendance
TM1 Entry’s “Percentage Attended” metric now uses the new “Fans Expected” value, offering a clearer picture of actual event attendance. Fans Expected reflects all tickets distributed, including barcodes created through Ticketmaster’s system and any tickets uploaded externally. This ensures an accurate and comprehensive view of attendance, helping venues and producers better understand audience trends.
Enhanced Scan Log Exports for Deeper Insights
The scan log export feature in TM1 Entry has been upgraded to offer more robust data analysis and event management capabilities. With additional data fields, consolidated multi-event reporting, faster downloads and optimized SafeTix details, event organizers can make more informed decisions and enhance operational efficiency.
