Moreover, we took the time to reflect on several significant cultural milestones that occurred throughout this month, including 50 years of hip-hop, Black Music Month and Juneteenth. Through employee and community events, we paid tribute to the profound impact of Black artists on our cultural landscape, embracing the immense power of music and history.

BE Nation x PRIDE Nation x WE Nation Live With Pride Mixer
This extraordinary gathering in New York brought together BE Nation, PRIDE Nation and WE Nation (Live Nation’s employee resource groups) to celebrate 50 years of Hip-Hop while honoring the intersectionality between the genre and the LGBTQIA+ community. With electrifying performances, engaging panel discussions and a spirit of unity, the event created an unforgettable atmosphere where music, inclusivity and pride converged. It stood as a powerful testament to the enduring impact of Hip-Hop and the ongoing fight for LGBTQIA+ rights and representation.
Los Angeles Pride Parade
This parade showcased the vibrant LGBTQ+ community in Los Angeles, celebrating diversity, inclusion and equality while shedding light on the progress made and the work that remains in the struggle for LGBTQ+ rights.
BE Nation Chicago Black Music Celebration & Juneteenth Party
This exciting event in Chicago was a joyous gathering that celebrated Black music, culture and freedom, bringing people together in a spirit of unity and appreciation. It combined the celebration of Black music with the historical significance of Juneteenth, honoring the contributions of Black artists to the music industry while commemorating the emancipation of enslaved African Americans more than 2 years after the emancipation proclamation. Attendees immersed themselves in dynamic performances, engaging activities and a vibrant atmosphere that paid tribute to the rich cultural heritage and resilience of the Black community.
BE Nation Atlanta Unity Block Party at the Atlanta Live Nation Office
This vibrant event held at the Atlanta Live Nation office brought together diverse communities to celebrate unity and diversity. With live performances, music and engaging activities, the block party fostered connections and promoted inclusivity, showcasing the power of unity and community building.
Being both an individual community contributor and local chapter committee co-lead within our ERG spaces, especially celebrating the intersectionality of Pride and Black History Month, holds a profound meaning to myself and fellow employees. It signifies the dual role of empowerment and responsibility—an opportunity to contribute to a diverse and inclusive workplace while actively shaping the narratives and initiatives that drive positive change. As an individual contributor, it allows me to bring my unique perspectives, experiences and ideas to the table, fostering a more vibrant and dynamic environment. Simultaneously, as a committee co-lead, it allows me to lead and collaborate with like-minded individuals, driving impactful initiatives that honor and uplift marginalized communities. Together, we create a ripple effect that transcends boundaries, fostering a workplace culture that embraces diversity, equality, and equity.”
